2. Client Responsibility & Verification

  • The Tenant Company does not guarantee the accuracy of property descriptions, availability, or the legitimacy of owners/agents provided.

  • It is the tenant’s duty to visit the property, verify ownership, and confirm legal documentation (including rental agreements) before making financial commitments.

  • Payments to third parties (owners, landlords, or agents) are outside our control and The Tenant Company holds no liability for disputes, fraud, or non-delivery of services arising from such transactions.


3. Service Charge & Fees

  • The Tenant Company charges a service fee for providing curated property owner/agent contacts.

  • This service charge is a platform access and facilitation fee only and is strictly non-refundable, regardless of whether the client finalizes a rental contract or not.

  • Clients acknowledge that once the contact information is shared, The Tenant Company’s service obligation is deemed fulfilled in full.
